TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

1. Overview

Welcome to D&I Body Shop. By accessing our website or using our services (including collision repair, paint services, customization, estimates, or auto consultations), you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

D&I Body Shop provides:
Auto body repair & collision servicesPaint & refinishing servicesInsurance-related repair coordinationAuto CustomizationAll services are subject to availability and inspection of the vehicle.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates (including AI-generated or photo-based estimates) are non-binding.Final pricing may change after in-person inspection or teardown.Hidden damage may increase repair costs.Customer approval is required before additional work is performed.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.We accept [Cash, Card, Zelle, Finance (Sunbit)].Deductibles (insurance claims) are the customer’s responsibility unless covered.Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Insurance Claims

We assist with insurance claims but are not responsible for insurer decisions or delays.Customers remain responsible for any uncovered costs.

6. Vehicle Storage & Abandonment1 daysStorage fees may apply if the vehicle is not picked up within [1 days] after completion.Vehicles left over [7 days] without communication may be considered abandoned and handled per Georgia law.
7. Warranty
Repairs may include a limited warranty (details provided on invoice).Warranty does not cover:Normal wear and tearDamage from accidents after repairImproper maintenance
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate vehicle and contact informationRemove personal belongings from the vehicleApprove repairs before work begins

9. Limitation of Liability

D&I Body Shop is not liable for:
Personal items left in vehiclesDelays caused by parts suppliers or insurance companiesIndirect or incidental damages

10. Use of Website

You agree not to:
Submit false informationAttempt to disrupt or hack the websiteMisuse estimate tools or forms

11. Communication (SMS)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (470)785-9642. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
